OVERVIEW

The Lynn Institute of the Rockies is an independent multi-center clinical research facility dedicated to providing professional service to the pharmaceutical industry and clinical research organizations.  Centers are located in Colorado Springs and Pueblo, Colorado.  We are a multi-specialty site comprising over 20 board-certified physicians.  Our specialties include Sleep Medicine, Psychiatry, Gastroenterology, Women’s Health, Dermatology, Neurology, and Internal Medicine.  With a population of roughly 1 million in Southern Colorado, the Lynn Institute of the Rockies offers a broad range of demographic characteristics to each clinical research trial.  Our experienced research staff is committed to providing rapid study start-up, precise project management and accuracy in data collection, all with a focus on subject safety.

FACILITY DESCRIPTION

• 7500 sq. ft. facility
• Dedicated space for monitors with phones, fax and copy machines available
• Large patient waiting room
• Access to radiology and ultrasound facilities
• Access to endoscopy unit
• On site lab and exam rooms
• Heart station, including EKG’s and ambulatory blood pressure monitoring
• 4 rooms with 24 hour monitoring
• 24-hour pH monitoring
• Facility for extended-stay pharmacokinetic studies
• Digestive motility diagnostic center
• 4 bed sleep lab (EEG, polysomnography studies)

Sleep Lab includes:

• Experienced study coordinators
• Fully equipped rooms for sleep studies including polysomnography, multiple sleep latency testing, and
  maintenance of wakefulness
• Registered polysomnography technicians
• ECG and EEG
• Laboratory with phlebotomy and on site processing
• Biomedically approved refrigeration equipment to store blood samples at a temperature of minus 70 or minus 20
  degrees Celsius
• Pulse oximetry
