LION Research is a sister site to the Lynn Health Science Institute and has been developed to bring clinical trials to a more rural population


In operation since 2005, Lion Research serves a diverse population of approximately 650,000 in the southern quadrant of the Oklahoma City metropolitan area, and the southern region of the state. Located in Norman, Oklahoma 20 minutes from Will Rogers World Airport, LION Research conducts clinical trials in numerous therapeutic areas. Physicians associated with LION Research have 20 years of combined research experience in Gastroenterology, Rheumatology and general medicine. LION Research also specializes in Diabetes trials. The University of Oklahoma is also located in Norman and offers the potential for recruitment from the 31,000 student population for phase 1 or normal control trials.
